I am passionate about helping people with holistically improving their long-term health outcomes, getting that bod summer ready, or putting together a sensible and effective workout routine that gets results.

People are often surprised after working with me that living a healthy lifestyle isn’t all about denying yourself treats on some radical diet. It can be achieved through some simple and straightforward shifts around the way we eat, sleep, move, and relate… both to ourselves and others.

It’s really amazing how much a few simple shifts, done consistently, and over time, can transform our lives and our bodies.

As a busy mom of four, a wife, and an entrepreneur, I get that life demands so much of us. Its like the scales are tilted in the direction of poor habits, unhealthy food choices, and limited time for self care.

What is essential is knowing which changes we can make that make the most difference so we don’t waste a bunch of time on things that don’t fit our goals. I like helping my clients accomplish their personal vision in ways that support the unique life THEY want to live, in the ways they want to live it!

As a holistic health and nutrition coach and certified personal trainer, my own favorite places to be are the gym, hiking Central Oregon, and in the kitchen dreaming up a new way to make sugar free chocolate desserts to share with friends.

I work with clients 1 on 1 as well as run cohort hybrid programs during the year to help people look good, feel great & live fully!
